We make everything to order. That means no sitting inventory, no waste, and a shirt made specifically for you.

Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for sizing or preference. We're not a big box store. Choose your size carefully — our size guide is there for a reason.

That said, we stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — we'll make it right. No runaround.

To file a claim:

• Email us at hello@brand197x.com within 30 days of delivery
• Include your order number and a photo of the issue
• We'll handle it from there — reprint or refund, your call
